Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Here's exactly how it works and what gets deleted.

Automatic deletion on uninstall

When you uninstall ProfitIQ from your Shopify Admin, we automatically receive a deletion webhook from Shopify. All your data is deleted from our systems within 48 hours of uninstalling. No action required on your part.

Request manual deletion

If you need your data deleted immediately, or if you want to confirm deletion without uninstalling the app, send us an email:

What gets deleted

Order & product data

  • All synced Shopify orders and line items
  • Product and variant data
  • COGS / unit cost data

Analytics & metrics

  • All calculated daily metrics (profit, ROAS, MER, CAC, etc.)
  • Custom goals and alerts
  • Saved report configurations

Account & credentials

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • Encrypted Google Ads OAuth tokens
  • Encrypted Meta Ads OAuth tokens
  • All client configurations (for agency accounts)

GDPR note for EEA residents

Under GDPR, you have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”). To exercise this right, email caden@cprogrowth.com with “GDPR Erasure Request” in the subject line. We will confirm in writing when deletion is complete.
