Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ProfitIQ (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by CPro Growth (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

ProfitIQ is a Shopify application that connects to your Shopify store, Google Ads account, and Meta Ads account to calculate and display profit analytics including net profit, MER, CAC, ROAS, and 50+ other metrics. The App is intended for Shopify merchants and e-commerce agencies.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • ProfitIQ costs $29 USD per month after a 14-day free trial.
  • Billing is processed through Shopify Payments. By installing the App, you authorise recurring charges through Shopify.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month. You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
  • The 14-day free trial begins on the date of installation. No charge is made during the trial period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling ProfitIQ from your Shopify Admin → Apps. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You represent that you have the right to authorise ProfitIQ to access the Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads accounts you connect.

7. Accuracy of Data

ProfitIQ displays analytics calculated from data provided by Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all figures are error-free. Figures should not be used as a substitute for professional financial or accounting advice. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data displayed in ProfitIQ.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPro Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPro Growth from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Shopify, Google, Meta, Supabase, Railway).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CPro Growth operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
